ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) following order confirmation. You will receive an automated email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We provide Standard Express Shipping across North America and International destinations:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.
- Shipping fees and taxes are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing a direct carrier tracking link will be issued. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking system to reflect initial carrier scans.

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at kalvoraglobalco@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters fulfillment, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
